Help Wanted: Heavy Truck and Equipment Repair Technician
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Truck Repair Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy trucks and equipment. If you have the expertise to handle various mechanical and electrical repairs, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on heavy trucks and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems.
Perform welding and fabrication as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and manufacturer standards.
Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in heavy truck repair or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
Ability to operate diagnostic tools and equipment.
Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
Valid driver’s license; CDL is preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
