We’re proud to share that Governor Gretchen Whitmer recently appointed our President and CEO, Ronald E. Hall, to Michigan’s Every Child Reads Champions Council, representing the business sector and bringing his experience supporting lifelong education to this important statewide initiative!

The Council brings together leaders from business, , philanthropy, and communities across Michigan with a shared goal: strengthening efforts and helping ensure every child has the opportunity to become a strong reader, writer, and communicator.

Throughout his career, Ron has remained deeply committed to leadership that extends beyond business and creates lasting impact in the communities we serve. This appointment is another opportunity to bring that commitment to the future of children and families across Michigan.

🎒 Almost one week down, and a whole school year of possibilities ahead!

As many students wrap up their first official week back in the classroom, we’re celebrating the Bridgewater Interiors team for helping local students start the year ready to learn and succeed.

Our volunteers joined Power965fmlansing to help prepare more than 1,200 backpacks filled with school supplies for the 17th Annual BackPack Giveaway powered by MSU Federal Credit Union📚✏️

At Bridgewater, our team loves giving back to the communities we serve. Whether we’re supporting students, families, or local organizations, we believe showing up and making a difference is part of who we are.

A special thank you to the Power 96.5 FM team for continuing to invite us to support this incredible initiative each year. We’re grateful to be part of an effort that helps so many local students start the school year strong!

At Bridgewater Interiors, we believe true is about more than what you build. It’s about using what you’ve built to open doors, share knowledge, and inspire the next generation.

Our President and CEO, Ronald E. Hall, recently joined Damian Mills, CEO of Mills Automotive Group, at the 2026 The National Urban League Conference in Nashville for “The Art of Managing What You’ve Built,” proudly powered by Honda.

Ron and Damian shared lessons from their journeys building and growing successful businesses, with a focus on passing along knowledge, creating opportunities, and helping others succeed.

One message from Damian captured it perfectly:
“Your work should be what you get to do, not what you have to do.”

Investing in the next generation of leaders starts with meaningful experiences.

Bridgewater Interiors was proud to welcome Adient and our interns to our , Michigan facility for a day of learning, collaboration, and professional development.

Hosted in partnership with the Adient African American Business Resource Group (AABRG), the interns received an inside look at our manufacturing operations through a plant overview, facility tour, and interactive team-building activities.

Experiences like these help connect future professionals with the people, processes, and opportunities that drive our industry forward.

⚾ We're always so excited to step up to the plate for 's youth!

Bridgewater Interiors was proud to once again sponsor and participate in the 2026 , supporting Detroit PAL's Diamond Sports programs and the young athletes they serve throughout our community.

Congratulations to our incredible team: Bruce Moore, Hunter Moore, Callie Tatum, Cameron Benson, and Andrew Schram, along with employees from our Detroit, Warren, and Lansing facilities and our joint venture partner, Adient, who represented Bridgewater with enthusiasm and teamwork. We're proud to share that the team finished in second place! 🥈
