Congratulations againto all who entered, finished or volunteered at Prove It 5k & 10k. You all earned points for Chevy Running Club in the Trivum Racing 2026 Team Competition. After Prove It, we were in 7th place overall.

Be sure to select "Chevy Running Club" as your team when registering for any of the Trivium Club Series races throughout the year, and Chevy Running Club will earn points for every participant or volunteer in any of the races.

Drumroll, please!

We know you've been waiting for the updated Michigan leaderboard, and we appreciate your patience.

Winter Trail Fest East was a double points race and it set the tone for the year to come! Romano Racing Company won and earned a whopping 1000 points, followed by Oxford SRTT and Team Running Lab Brighton.

There were countless options to earn a place on the leaderboard at Carpe Diem Carpe Noctem. Racing morning or evening. Racing both! Age Group and Overall wins. Volunteering. Romano won again with 500, wobby goat race krewe took second, and Unofficial Run Club officially took third.

Prove It was a burner! Chevy Running Club dominated with a huge showing! TRAXtars came in second, and WeRun313 took third.

- 1 point for finishing
- Points for placing in your AG or Overall
- Double points for the longer distance

Congratulations to all who entered and completed the Prove It 10k and 5k races at the Milford Proving Ground on Aril 18. We had a great turnout from the Chevy Running Club, plus many other GM employees who registered with teams from their work units. The race photographers captured some of us out on the challenging course. Add your photos in the comments.

Mark your calendars, and register with the Chevy Running Club, for the Crim 10-mile race on Saturday, August 22 and the Golden Grizzlies 5k/10k on Sunday, October 27.

The Prove It 5K and 10K at the Milford GM Proving Grounds will take place on April 18, 2026, and Trivium Racing is still looking for a few volunteers to help make the event a success.

If you, a family member, or friends are interested in helping out, volunteers can earn race swag or credit toward a free future Trivium Racing event.

Race where few ever will, inside the GM Milford Proving Ground. Steeped in car culture, you will race on the same track where GM tests world-class vehicles. Challenge yourself with 225′ of vertical gain in the 5K race, or 450′ in the two-lap 10K race. All paces are welcome – run or walk the 5K, test your limits in the 10K, or do both!

Prove It 5k and 10k, on this USATF-certified course, is part of the six-race Trivium Mega Medal Series. Be sure to select "Chevy Running Club" as your team when registering for any of the Trivium Club Series races, and Chevy Running Club will earn points for every participant in any of the races.

For Prove It 5k & 10k on Aptil 18th, Chevy Running Club already has 9 members registered, and we've had up to 50 team members registered in past years. Once we have 10+ registered, we qualify for a team tent on race day. So let's get registered! Team Chevy Running Club participation is open to all regular and contract employees at any GM location, as well as GM retirees.

Registration for Prove It 5K & 10K at GM’s legendary Milford Proving Ground opens tomorrow. On April 18, 2026, runners and walkers will get rare access to this USATF-certified course—normally closed to the public.

Choose your challenge:
✅ 5K — one lap (~225′ gain)
✅ 10K — two laps (~450′ gain)
✅ Double Event — both races back-to-back: 15K with ~675′ elevation gain for the ultimate test

Congratulations to all of the Chevy Running Club 10k and 5k finishers in today's Golden Grizzlies Festival of Races. Partial team photos were captured before and after the race.

Next on the race calendar for many of us is the Golden Grizzlies 5k/10k on the beautiful (and hilly) Oakland University Campus, on Sunday, September 28 at 9:30 am.

The Golden Grizzlies 5K/10 run is one of our traditional road races and includes a team competition. The race website is https://runsignup.com/Race/MI/Rochester/GoldenGrizzlies5k10kRun.

Chevy Runing Club already has 14 registered runners. If you are able to join us, please sign up at the group/ team link Race Groups: https://runsignup.com/RaceGroups/131251, and choose to join Chevy Running Club. The Health Hive Golden Grizzlies Festival of Races is on Sunday September 28, 2025. It includes the following events: 5k Run/Walk, 10k Run, Kids Run! (meant for ages 10 and under), and Student 5k (Only registrations with an student oakland.edu email will be accepted).

Congratulations to all who participated in the Crim 10-mile race today. It was great seeing so many Chevy Running Club members on the course, especially as we ran up Chevrolet Avenue, passed Durant School and crossed Cadillac Street!

Many of our team members gathered for this pre-race photo at Factory One. A big thank you to GM for making this historic facility available to our team for pre-race prep and post-race recovery.
