NMA Spotlight: Chaz Duckett — From Intern to Mentor

The National Motorsports Association proudly spotlights Chaz Duckett, a 2025 Engine Building Bootcamp alumnus and Mechanical Engineering student at Michigan State University.

Returning to the 2026 Summer Engine Building Bootcamp as a Teacher Assistant, Chaz has come full circle—from gaining knowledge and experience as a participant to sharing his skills and encouraging the next generation of students.

His journey reflects the value of mentorship, the power of opportunity, and the leadership that develops when young people are given the tools and confidence to succeed.

Now, Chaz shares a personal message of encouragement with current and future Engine Building Bootcamp students, reminding them to believe in themselves, embrace challenges, and pursue their goals with determination.

We are proud of Chaz and the example he continues to set!
