Do you love being around people, working outdoors, and helping guests create unforgettable vacation memories? Our watersports rental company is looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable team members to join our crew!

☀️ Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service
• Assist with reservations, check-ins, waivers, and rental agreements
• Answer questions about rentals, pricing, activities, and local attractions
• Maintain a clean and organized tiki hut and guest area
• Coordinate with dock staff and management
• Help ensure a safe, fun, and professional guest experience

🌊 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Hospitality, tourism, retail, or customer service experience is a plus

Wet N Wild Watersports is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Rental Office Manager to lead our office team in Destin!

As our Office Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage reservations, assist customers, coordinate staff, and help ensure every guest has an incredible experience from check-in to check-out.
