Meet Robert Remshifski, Technical Training Instructor for MCI. With a lifelong career in the heavy-duty diesel industry, Robert has been bringing his wealth of knowledge and expertise to the MCI Academy since 2016.
Robert considers his participation in the delivery of over 1200 MCI coaches to New Jersey Transit to be one of his most significant accomplishments. However, what he likes most at MCI is the opportunity to work directly with customers at their locations.
When not working, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and their two sons. Camping vacations and bow hunting whitetail deer in the fall and winter are among his favorite pastime activities. Additionally, Robert can be found restoring and showcasing antique trucks.

Meet Walter Sturdivant, pre-owned coach sales representative in the eastern region. Having started as a bus washer in 1974, Walter has developed vast experience in various roles during his remarkable 49-year career at . Walter says that his greatest achievement within the company is the relationships he’s built with his customers and his genuine devotion to their satisfaction.

Based in Hayward, CA, he serves customers in the Pacific Northwest, Rocky Mountain Region, Bay Area, and the Great Plains. As a firm believer that there’s nothing better than a well-maintained coach that runs properly, Scott’s favorite part of working at MCI is interacting with customers and helping them maintain their coaches.
