Back in victory lane! 🏁💪 Congrats to Cody Laney Racing and his crew for another 1st place finish last night at Cedar County Raceway! They continue to dominate with their IMCA Racing Karl Kustoms Engines Modified Spec Engine. Many more to come for this team 👊💥

We got another one! So thankful for everyone behind this 5L team. Our DJR + Janssen Fabrication modified is unreal! This wouldn’t be possible without Drew, Cole, Emily, Ross and Emma as well as Steve for all of his help at the shop + track and all of our amazing sponsors!

Our next stop was Batesville, but with them cancelling we plan on heading back to Cedar County Raceways for the Darkside Promotions Fall Bash this weekend, weather permitting.

Cody Laney Racing Finished 2nd place Friday Night and got the Feature win Saturday night at Mountain Dew Bloomfield Speedway this past weekend. They continue to put there IMCA Racing Karl Kustoms Engines Modified spec engine in victory lane. We would like to congratulate Cody and the team for their outstanding accomplishments. 💪👊

Jake McBirnie McBirnie Motorsports catfishing 🐟 around the bottom in route to a 4th place finish in the 44th annual IMCA Racing Speedway Motors Super Nationals at Boone Speedway Saturday night in the Modified big dance! After starting 7th Jake was on the move but the track had just gone away too much to make anything happen. Jake had a great week qualifying for both the Modified big dance and stock car big dance! Jake was running our Karl Kustoms Engines 604 Krate in his modified and proved that the crates can still be competitive. Congratulations again Jake on your great week!

What an amazing week for Karl Kustoms Engines customer Jake McBirnie and McBirnie Motorsports becoming a back to back IMCA Racing stock car Super Nationals champion!! Jake was consistently good all week long in both the stock car and modified finishing just outside the podium In 4th for the Modifeds Big Dance Boone Speedway Saturday night. Jake made an insane 2 for one special on Kelly Shryock Racing and Smith Racing driver Devin smith to take the lead in the the closing laps to pick up the win! Congratulations Jake and team on your amazing week and we can’t wait to see what’s in store for next year!

Karl Kustoms Engines Krate driver Todd Shute Racing AKA “Toddzilla” also drove an incredible race Saturday night in the 44th annual IMCA Racing Super nationals Modified big dance at Boone Speedway. After starting 7th Todd would drive himself all the way up to 3rd before running out of time to chase down leader and eventual race winner Kollin Hibdon Racing after 40 laps. Todd has shown all year that a 604 Krate is still competitive and is still a great engine option and also goes to show how strong our crate engine program is! Congratulations Todd and team on an overall successful week and season and we can’t wait to see what next year brings!

Cody Laney Cody Laney Racing put on an absolute thriller of a race battling Kollin Hibdon Racing for the 44th annual IMCA Racing Super Nationals Modified Big Dance win! Cody came up just short of winning but did take the lead for a few laps before finishing 2nd to Hibdon. I spoke to Cody and his father after the race in the fan zone and both were very pleased with the Karl Kustoms Engines Modified spec engine and were very grateful for the help Kelly, Jake , and Nick provided during the week. Congratulations Cody and team on an amazing week!
