Verified reason to buy your new E-Scooter from a dealer that knows they can service it down the road.
This week we had a customer drop off a scooter we have added to our "Junk Brand" list...Winado. Probably purchased on everybody's favorite platform Amazon. But you know what the problem with buying something like a scooter or ebike from Amazon is? There's no support for it months later when you need it.
Winado, while they have a website, offers ZERO customer support to a dealer like EzipNzoom when we try to get guidance or order parts. All they want you to do is buy a replacement scooter.
So please, for your own benefit, consider your local dealer FIRST, before throwing hard-earned money down the Amazon toilet.
