We plotted the button placement for the rear backrest when the canvas was pin tacked in the car. Then we plotted the expanded pattern for the leather face on the green masking paper. The cover face will be in three pieces.

When I describe what I do for a living, most people are intrigued and often ask if there is much of a demand for antique auto interiors and tops. The demand has increased in recent years. Image is today's view of projects in process at Goldfield Trim. Closest to the camera is a Jaguar XK 150 in for complete interior kit and top installation; a 1960 Corvette in for a new top; a 1909 Mason that we are recovering the seats; and in the far back a 1910 Stoddard Dayton in for full interior plus making a top and side curtains.
