MOTORCYCYLE MONDAY : Biketoberfest is Almost Here! 🌴

Daytona Beach is getting ready for four days of motorcycles, live music, bike shows, racing, and plenty of good riding! The 34th annual Biketoberfest rolls into town October 15–18, bringing riders together for one of the biggest fall traditions in motorcycling. 🏁

Whether you're cruising down A1A, checking out the bikes on Main Street, or enjoying everything the rally has to offer, make sure getting there safely is part of the plan!

Before you hit the road, give your bike a quick once-over, check your tires, and make sure your roadside assistance coverage is ready to go. With an MTS membership, help is just a call away if the unexpected happens along the way.

MOTORCYLE MONDAY: FALL RIDING

There’s something pretty special about riding in the fall. Cooler temperatures, less heat on the pavement, changing leaves, and those scenic backroads can make for some of the best rides of the year.

But as the seasons change, so do the riding conditions. A few things to keep in mind before heading out:

1. Watch for leaves: Wet or damp leaves can be surprisingly slippery, especially around corners.

2. Dress for the temperature: It may feel comfortable when you leave, but temperatures can drop quickly as the sun goes down. Layers are your friend!

3. Keep an eye on daylight: The days are getting shorter, so make sure your lights are working and give yourself plenty of time to get home before dark.

4. Watch for wildlife: Fall means increased deer activity in many areas. Stay alert, especially around dawn and dusk and in wooded areas.

5. Check your tires: Cooler temperatures can affect tire pressure, so check them before heading out.

Fall is a beautiful time to be on two wheels. Slow down, take in the scenery, and enjoy the ride! And as always, it never hurts to have your motorcycle roadside assistance coverage in place before you hit the road. You never know when you might need a little help along the way.

Bikes, Blues & BBQ kicks off TOMORROW!

If you’re heading to Rogers, Arkansas, this week, get ready for four days of motorcycles, live music, great food and some seriously good riding through the Ozarks!

Bikes, Blues & BBQ runs September 30–October 3, with events happening throughout Downtown Rogers and surrounding areas. There are mapped rides to explore, live music, vendors, motorcycle activities, a custom car & bike show, and of course… plenty of BBQ. 😎

But what makes this rally even more special is the purpose behind it. Bikes, Blues & BBQ is a nonprofit motorcycle rally that gives back to the Northwest Arkansas community and has donated more than $3 million to local charities over the years.

If you're putting some miles on the bike to get there, having MTS Motorcycle Roadside Assistance along for the ride means one less thing to worry about. From a breakdown to a flat tire or other roadside issue, it's nice knowing you have a plan if the unexpected happens.

MOTORCYCLE MONDAY: Smoky Mountain Bike Week!

If winding mountain roads, incredible scenery, and a week full of motorcycles sounds like your kind of trip, Smoky Mountain Bike Week is coming up September 26–October 3 in Tennessee!

This is more than just a bike event — it’s a week built around riding some of the most iconic motorcycle roads in the Southeast. Riders can take on The Dragon and its 318 switchback curves, the Cherohala Skyway, Foothills Parkway, Blue Ridge Parkway, and countless other roads winding through the Smoky Mountains and surrounding national forests. 🏔️🏍️

There are organized rides, vendors, live music, food, and plenty of opportunities to simply get out and ride. And with hundreds of miles of mountain roads to explore, there’s no shortage of adventure waiting around the next curve.
