We tested one of many street builds of ours before the huge in and as you can see and hear the jump in boost from 33lbs in 1st gear to 50-52lbs in 2nd and 3rd gear. So about an easy 150hp jump. Those DR2 spinning and gripping in 2nd😂👌🏽

This car is gonna do some damage with its next little revisions. Stay tuned and we will be posting a recap of this past weekends event and all cool memories we got to make!

We wrapped up some calibration work on Johnny’s Evo 9 RS today. Johnny came to us for a full Flex Fuel Calibration on a Elite 2500 with IC7 digital dash and 15-Button CAN keypad, wire and install V3 strain gauge, miscellaneous fixes and overall shoot for some more power. The setup already consisted of a built 2.2L and Dogbox transmission. We were able to extract a solid 611whp on 91oct and 895whp on E70 with an old school T3 Super 99. The car is now capable of driving wherever and compensate for any fuel from 91oct-E85 while having the benefits of updated technology like working cruise control for long drives, background barometric modifiers for mountain altitude variations, and so much more we can control through the haltech system. Truly a fun street car but the power and feel of a racecar.

Jose’s Evo 8 just got nastier.

Swapped the G42-1200 for a GXR42-72 in a stock location setup. clean, quiet, and straight sleeper status.

Full boost by 6500rpm and pulling hard to 9k. The car made 1097hp on 40lbs only per customers request, with a for sure 20 more pounds to go.

700–1100hp depending on the map, all in a real street car on 18s. Built to drive daily, but ready to act like a race car whenever you want.

Stock block FTW. 🔥

Another proven street setup we’ve recently completed for one our street packages making solid power with a full Flex Fuel control through a AEM Infinity 506 with Boost options from wastegate to 30+ psi, plus rolling anti-lag building 20 lbs off the button. Then to finish it off we had give the car a complete detail with a quick headlight restoration and Headlight Protection Film before handing over the keys to the customer!

Been a busy couple of weeks at the shop with builds, motor work, and tuning but we had to take a moment to show off this super clean, well put together MK5 we recently wrapped up for our customer

The car originally came in to track down a boost control issue. Once we got that sorted, we moved forward with a full calibration by the one and only via .tuning, paired with a Motiv Motorsport Reflex system.

Clayton brought us his Evo 9 after a rough experience with a previous shop. Despite having less than 1,000 miles on a “fresh build,” the car wouldn’t rev past 5,000 rpm without severe breakup, and support from the company behind the build was nonexistent.

His goal was simple: a reliable setup he could enjoy consistently, with the headroom to make up to 900whp.

Once disassembled, the issues were obvious; damaged bearings, rusted cylinder walls, reused components sold as new, and parts that were never up to the task. Unfortunately, he had to spend more to get it done right, but the second time around, he chose a builder that could deliver and exceed expectations.

Current build highlights:

- FSI Race Package 2.0L Shortblock with custom pistons & Pro-H rods
- Heads by Drew Cylinder Head With S3 cams & conical valve springs
- billet T4 hot parts kit
- Gen 2 G40-1250
- intake manifold w/ & DBW components
- 2150cc injectors
- billet twin 525 fuel pump hanger
- Elite ECU w/ IC-7 display & CAN keypad
- RIFE 4-sensor block monitoring MAP, fuel pressure, oil pressure & coolant pressure for the appropriate ECU failsafes
- built 5-speed conversion (from MR 6-speed)
- triple-disc clutch
- materials for fabrication

On the producing 874whp/536tq through the full exhaust, resonator and muffler, and 930whp/571tq with open downpipe. He’ll be in for an exhaust cutout soon to capitalize on the gains from reducing the exhaust restriction.

Built, wired, fabricated, and tuned in-house for maximum quality control 👌
