Happy Navy Day! The Navy League of the United States held the first Navy Day on October 27, 1922, in honor of Theodore Roosevelt's birthday, as he was an ardent Navy supporter. Brrrr! So outside this morning, but tonight will be even worse. Skies clear overnight, and we'll drop to 15 below zero in tonight! wind chills mean a Wind Chill Warning for most of the eastern plains. The blue ares are under a Wind Chill Advisory through 11 am today, and again tonight. Check your pipes tonight, make sure the pets are inside (I know some breeds like cold, but tonight is very cold), and make sure you are covered up too! Stay Warm, be careful outside!
