Improper membrane installation could have led to major damage for this owner. Alpha and Dicor membrane installation procedures call for the membrane to be tucked UNDER the front cap to prevent air ballooning and water intrusion. This manufacture went with two termination bars and cut the membrane short of the front cap in the corners and didn't fully seal it. This could have easily led to lots of water flowing down the front cap. Thankfully this was a near new unit and when we opened it up no signs of water were found. Good thing hail damaged the membrane on this rig so they could get a new leak free Flexarmor roof covered by insurance before real damage could happen.

Here is a great comparison of how going with custom side color on a Flexarmor roof makes a big difference. Prior to the custom black trim on this rig you have the new white FlexArmor roof with the gutter and then the white walls again. After the color the gutters and roof become one from ground level and it frams the rig seamlessly

This Reflection had a bit of a run in with a tree. No problem for us. With a new Flexarmor roof you have to really try to do this kind of damage again. The best part is this roof upgrade was paid for by insurance due to the damage. Reflections just look great with a black side trim to pull it all together.

This Holiday Rambler came in with 2 leaks that needed repair. One right above the entry door and another from a cracked skylight. With a new Flexarmor roof this rig will no longer need to worry about leaks.

It may not look like much from the outside but the impact that left that little dent on the AC bent all the bolts to the AC to the point we needed to cut them off! Shockingly no leaks at the AC but it did have leaks at all 4 corners. With a new Flexarmor roof and a new solar panel this rig is ready for lots of new adventures!

The owners of this brand new rig didn't even have it for a full day before bringing it to us for a Flexarmor roof. Being full timers they know the value in keeping their rig protected and with FlexArmor they have once less maintenance item. While it was here we also added a 3rd AC to help cool this large rig when they go South!

Roll on products, like Tropicool, don't provide the protection that Flexarmor does and when applied after a leak has started they just trap moisture inside allowing more rot. When prepping the roof for FlexArmor we examine the whole roof looking for any signs of hidden damage that isn't found unless you open up the membrane. At check in we knew of the leak at the rear corner but it wasn't till later when we got to work that we found the 2nd leak. Now this rig is protected for life, guaranteed!

It amazes us how often we are the 3rd or 4th roof on a rig. This one had already been reroofed once but instead of fixing the problems they just put new fiberglass over old and there were leaks in many places, between the layers and under the original. No problem all is fixed up now with a new Flexarmor roof this will be the last roof this rig will ever need! Guaranteed
