THANK YOU 5280 family! With your help Lycia and her team were able to raise $142,000 dollars to help find a cure for blood cancer! She came in as runner up and our son, Parker, won team member of the year having raised over $35,000 of the $142,000.

THE POT JUST GOT A LITTLE SWEETER FOR OUR BRAKE RAFFLE!! Our parts distributor caught wind of the raffle, the cause and wanted to do a little more! They are matching our offer of FREE brakes and rotors for one axle. That means if you are the winner you have two choices...front and rear brakes and rotors on one car, or one axle for two different cars. There is also a little bonus they are throwing in for the winner-not sharing that little goodie but trust me, you want to WIN this raffle. To enter the raffle you must make a $25 donation to Parker and Lycia's The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - Rocky Mountain campaign (link is below). Easy, and painless. It’s the last few days of our Co-owner,Lycia’s, fundraising for Visionary of the Year, (formerly known as Woman of the Year Campaign). We are not done raising funds for an amazing cause, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - Rocky Mountain. We thought we’d make the next few days super fun! Proud of our Co-owner, Lycia was nominated as Visionary of the Year for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - Rocky Mountain. Watch for more updates on how to help her win, and become the Visionary of the Year! A 3-year breast cancer survivor herself, Lycia wants to help raise funds for more research for cancer and rare diseases. As well as help families struggling with their medical care. Having gone through her own cancer battle Lycia knows how much time away from work is needed to attend doctors appointments, and the impact that can cause on a family. LLS helps families through these hardships. Lycia truly believes if they can find a cure for one cancer that they will find a cure for all cancers. She hopes that one day the cancer diagnoses will not be so scary, or for some a death sentence. Watch as March 9th nears and her 10 week campaign kicks off. 5280 Repairs will be matching donations up to $5000 dollars!

For Lycia, the LLS mission is personal. She had her own battle with breast cancer just three years ago. On top of her diagnosis, a family member and close friend were both diagnosed with lymphoma in the last year, which made this all so real for her. Lycia says, “In my heart I truly believe if we can find a cure to just one of these cancers, we could find a cure for them all.”
