Our frontman, Ben, 1/3rd of The Barrelors, will be moving on from Colorado for a while. In his words:
Seven years and change of the absolute best we could do. Every minute of every rehearsal and every show mattered, and it all meant the world to me. It still does. All of it. And it always will.
Never in my professional life had I poured absolutely all of myself into something before… but The Barrelors are so much more than a band. We’re a brotherhood, built on love and trust, and an unquenchable desire to make music together… and in doing so, to honor the musicians that helped make us who we are today.
We’ve gone through several iterations with several other musicians who have left an indelible mark on our sound and our lives, but Nathan and Ryan and I have been the core from day one. We started out as a straight up blues band, pretty much playing BB, Freddie, and Albert King, and we’ve ALWAYS held onto that, but we’ve also grown into so much more… flirting with genres across the board, always with maximum effort and a desire to be genuine in what we do.
We’ve all played through ailments, made every gig work through thick and thin, and I can confidently say that all three of us left it all on the stage everywhere we ever went… from El Chapultepec, to Larimer Lounge, to house party shows, to Leadville Boom Days, etc.
We’ve got two more chances to do that before an indeterminate amount of hiatus time folks, so I’d really love to see some of you that we’ve had the pleasure of meeting over the years one last time.
Come see us this Friday at

It’s gonna be a hoot 🤘🍻🕶
