🚨 WF1 pilots running radials! 🚨

Original front upper a-arms have limited adjustability, meaning you struggle to get enough camber in your radial front tires. Now you can get a full range of camber, radial to bias, with our new shim-adjustable front upper a-arms. Adjustment repeatability and predictability relative to the original threaded units are a nice side bonus.

We have two first-production sets available. We're seeking two customers actively road racing a WF1 on radial tires who are willing to share constructive feedback on default shim stacks and how to continue improving the design. A larger production run will follow, which we're taking pre-orders on now.

Fielded a recent question about gearing selection, so I made up a limited set of gearing charts for engine / tire combos: Hoosier bias & radial charts for 2011-2015 ZX-10R, 2021+ ZX-10R, 2005-2006 GSX-R1000, and 2017+ GSX-R1000. Let us know if you spot any inaccuracies.

What other combos would be useful?

Now that the racing is over or close to it in many parts of the county, it is time to take your Stohr apart and assess its needs, so it can continue being a terror to all other racecars and drivers! Make sure you put yer peepers on the uprights and all related parts. Look them over, check for cracks, wallered-out (yes, its a technical term) mounting holes, loose or brinelled bearings. You know the drill and if not, just ask.

We've got WF1 rear lower a-arms on our mind (and a fresh batch just in!)

Back in May, we were just taking delivery of a fresh batch of WF1 rear lower a-arms. Since then I've fielded a few questions around some of the finer points of the design, and how it might address some of the historical issues with the WF1 rear lower a-arm. Let's dive into it.

Spot the difference; old process first, then the new process.

Long-time WF1'ers will be familiar with these bodywork quality challenges creating voids and dry spots, especially on the shoulder corners of the WF1 bodywork. For the past couple of weeks we've been systematically working through process changes to improve that, and the results look good. Website blog post soon with details on how we did it.
