With fall officially here, we want to send a few friendly reminders to help keep our communities clean, safe, and looking their best. Please continue keeping your home site and yard neat, pick up after pets, and let the office know if you notice any maintenance concerns. As the weather begins to cool down, it’s also a great time to check around your home for any needed seasonal upkeep. Thank you for helping make our community a place everyone is proud to call home!

There is nothing quite like coming home.

A peaceful neighborhood, a welcoming porch, and a place that feels like your own—those everyday moments are what make community living special.

We are proud to offer a place our residents are happy to call home.

The best part of a community is the people who make it feel like home.

A friendly wave, a quick hello, or taking a moment to check in on a neighbor can brighten someone’s day.

What is one thing you enjoy most about living in a close-knit community?

As August comes to a close, it is a great time to give your home a quick refresh before September arrives.

Take a few minutes to tidy your outdoor space, remove any clutter around your home, and check that walkways, steps, and handrails are clear and safe. Small efforts help keep our community beautiful and welcoming for everyone.

Here’s to a great end to summer and a fresh start to the new month ahead.

☀️ Weekend Heat Alert! 🌡️
Temperatures are expected to reach extreme highs this weekend. Please help keep everyone safe by taking a few extra precautions:
• Keep pets indoors as much as possible and make sure they always have access to fresh, cool water.
• If you need to be outside, stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and take frequent breaks in the shade or air conditioning.
• Never leave children or pets in a parked vehicle, even for a few minutes.
• Check on elderly family members and neighbors who may be more vulnerable to the heat.
Stay cool, stay safe, and have a wonderful weekend!

Keep Your Cool This Summer☀️
Replace your air conditioning filter every 1–3 months to improve airflow and help your system run more efficiently. Don't forget to keep leaves, grass, and debris at least two feet away from your outdoor unit to maximize performance and potentially reduce energy costs.

With the recent rainfall, please use extra caution when driving and walking throughout the community. Be aware of standing water, slippery surfaces, and soft ground conditions.

If you notice any drainage issues, flooding concerns, or maintenance needs related to the weather, please contact the office so we can address them as quickly as possible!
Stay Safe!
