Meet Josh Amos: Leading Operations Across North Texas with Dedication and Expertise**

We’re excited to introduce Josh Amos, our Regional Director. Josh brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to service, making him an invaluable leader at Flex Parking Management.

Raised on a quarter horse ranch in Aubrey, Texas, Josh’s journey has been marked by dedication, discipline, and a passion for leadership. At the age of 18, he joined the United States Armed Forces and served with honor and distinction in the U.S. Navy through two tours during both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom campaigns. His military experience laid the foundation for a successful career in leadership and operations.

Following his military service, Josh transitioned to the civilian sector, taking on a crucial role as superintendent for a government contractor, where he oversaw the construction of anti-terrorism, force protection gate systems for the U.S. Navy. This role sharpened his leadership and project management skills, preparing him for a successful career in business.

Upon completion up of the gate projects, Josh pursued his interests in consulting and entrepreneurship, which provided him with an opportunity to return back to Texas in 2018 where he turned his focus to a philanthropic project where he constructed cabins and tiny homes for the Renay E Watt Wellness Center. A charitable organization formed in honor and memory of his late mother. During this time he took on a key roll as a Regional Manager with Scars & Stripes Coffee, a veteran-operated company with a committed mission to empowering our nations Veterans through community, sales and entrepreneurship opportunities.

Now, as Regional Director at Flex Parking Management, Josh channels his extensive experience in sales, personnel management, and business development into leading our operations across our multiple locations in the greater North Texas area. His leadership is instrumental in driving our company’s success and ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of efficiency, innovation, and customer service.

After 4+ years of industry experience and committed service to our company, we are proud to have Josh leading our team and are confident that his expertise and continued dedication will continue to drive Flex Parking Management forward as a leader in the industry.

Our company stands as a testament to resilience, innovation and a deep seated dedication to service and community. We’re not just managing parking, we’re setting new standards in the industry.

✨MEET THE STAFF✨
Director of Operations, Lisa Burt, has more than 13 years of experience serving private property towing, and multi family parking management. A wife & mother of 4. Being raised in this industry, she has devoted her adult life to educating herself to ensure that she brings the best of the best to our clients & customers. She is a leader of over 15 staff members, in which she deligates & leads with a smile on her face.

Director of Sales, Caytlin Foster-Shikle, also has 13 years experience serving private property and police initiated towing. She is a widowed mother of 5.
Her vast knowledge in this industry makes her an asset to our clients, as she is able to see things from the perspective of property management, the resident, and the parking management company. This skill set allows her to create a cohesive and safe environment for everyone involved.

Together Lisa and Caytlin are here to lead Flex to its end goal of being a compassionate, professional, trustworthy and all inclusive parking enforcement company.
