Custom Motorcycle building and fabrication. Servicing most brands including: Ducati, BMW, Honda, Harley Davidson, etc. His bikes are rebuilt, not bought.

We all have that thing we love to do, that one life we try to live on the weekends and in every spare moment we can get our hands on. Other Life Cycles celebrates this piece of the human spirit. We believe that everything old can be remade into a vessel to carry this spirit forward. Remade to empower the sense of adventure, to push the workday back in the mind, to fit the person and the personality. Remade to stand tall in that space between restoration and modification. Other Life Cycles is art meant for the road, and for life. Owner Sean Zeigler is an artist, designer, sculptor, and general creative problem solver. He pulls together sensibilities from multiple disciplines and marries them with a desire for and love of knowledge and old school know-how to create bikes that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and that honor their past honestly.

I don't 3d print much but when I have to make tooling I don't have to work on a bike it comes in way handy. I whipped up two designs in Fusion yesterday so I can balance the rear wheel on a Customers Ducati Panigale 1299r. If you have ever touched the wheels on these you know the hub is aligned in a way that makes it hard to fit on a balancing stand. the entire process took me about 30 minutes to design the pieces and about 4 hours to print the parts and clean them up enough to test fit. These are the second prototype and now that I have made the first ones work I will use that data to perfect these and make me a set so future work is a snap for my little shop.

Wheels are all@laced up on ‘s cb build. I won’t say I looooove lacing wheels but I do like the way they look when they are done. •

So it begins assembling ‘s cafe build. This bike has a swapped swingarm wheel and disc brake from a gs750 as well as other mods. Replacing the shock bushes and the roller bearings. Something I really like about Suzukis of the early 80s is that they were using a need bearing in their swingarm on the gs bikes.
