The day has finally come! Doug is officially retired! I know none of us thought this day would ever come! But, here it is!
I want to introduce the new owners!
This is DeWayne & Lesli File! The shop will be changing to DeWayne’s Precision Automotive!

Dear Loyal Carr Automotive Customers,

Doug is officially retiring after 40 years of wrenching!
Doug & I will be pursuing our dream of moving to the country where he will be working on hotrods as a hobby! We will miss our Carr Automotive Family, however, are very excited for the new adventures!

The good news is DeWayne File will be taking over ownership as DeWayne’s Precision Automotive effective Monday, November 7th, 2022. He has been with us as a very qualified technician for the last 7 years. Natalie will continue working with DeWayne and Doug will remain at the shop for a short time during the transition.

We hope that you will continue trusting in DeWayne as he pursues his dream of owning his own business!

Help us in welcoming DeWayne and wishing him the best of success.

Super Helpful and Dedicated
The team at Carr is super helpful. You can tell they really care about their work and their customers. My car was having some serious problems but never wanted to give a code but they never doubted me that it was having issues. Out of 3 car shops Carr was the only one to fix the issue.

Just to let everyone know!! With the construction now on our side of the road if you can not get into our parking lot at any point you have to turn onto Massey (by Jon's EZ l**e) & take the little dirt path down to us! It will take you through the RV and neighbors lot & through our front lawn!!

TxDOT Construction Notice: Extended Working Hours on US 377 Project Beginning Monday, August 3

Weather permitting, beginning Monday, August 3, a contractor for the Texas Department of Transportation, SEMA Construction, will extend their working hours, providing a 24-hour construction schedule, on US 377 between Roselawn Drive and FM 1830. The extended hours are expected to accelerate the remaining construction for the US 377 project and reduce traffic impacts.

Message boards are in place to alert motorists traveling in the work zone, and TxDOT reminds drivers to use caution when traveling in the area.
