Fun one today. Customer had new tires mounted on rear axle and the tire guy didn’t torque the lugnuts causing the wheels to vibrate and break the studs off. Was not in a good place to be towed in rush hour traffic but i greatly appreciate the officer from Corinth Police Department for blocking a lane to give me room to work. As soon as he pulled up a wreck happened right behind us. Had to pull both the short driveshaft between axles and the main driveshaft since i couldn’t get the axle shafts to budge. Removed driver side rear wheels as they were loose as well blocked the rear bags and chained the rear axle up. Made it to the shop with no more issues and a happy customer.

Well Scarletts Towing & Recovery has been up and running for two years with close to 1200 calls under my belt. Can’t thank my friends and loyal customers enough for helping do this for me and my family.
This tow for example is one of the reason i still debate on adding an employee because in this day and age finding someone who will take of your equipment let alone own up to when they make a mistake and mess it up(this customer’s employee did neither with a brand new truck).
