Good Morning everyone. We try our best to get vehicles repaired in a timely manner. However, sometimes that does not go as planned. No matter the manufacturer (GM, Ford, Chrysler, etc.) parts take time to get here. Sometimes that is a week, sometimes that is a month or more. We stress on putting new parts on all the vehicles that come through the shop, and with that takes time. We have had several vehicles here for a few months now, not just waiting on parts, but also the extent of the damages. Auto repair has become an even more complicated and drawn out process, which insurance companies fighting back, with parts being available, with making sure everything is done correctly, and trying to cross t's and dot i's. There are things that do not get seen until the end when inspections are being completed. We pride ourselves on fixing vehicles correctly and safely and providing customer service. Sometimes, things do not go smoothly, but we do try our best. Most non-drivable vehicles are here at least a month or more depending on parts availability. We ask for patience during the process as we try and update weekly if your vehicle is here for a long time, or update frequently. If there are any questions, we will answer them the best we can. Everyone have a great day and be safe out there!
