Leaking fuel pump replacement and a new fuel injector installed on this 60hp.

Lower updated core plugs installed. Then a 90hp that had a starting issue. The ground wire was rubbing against the starter positive wire so when the starter was engaged it would short out the system. All fixed, serviced and winterized.

Winterized a 90hp and shrunk wrapped her up for the off-season. Removed the 10 lower core plugs, drilled and tapped the block to install the updated plugs.

Full 3 year service on a 60hp. Then dug out the shrink wrap stand. The worse project of the year setting it up. Next week is the start of getting them put away for winter as we still perform normal services.

Tidewater that had a fuel supply issue at the fuel tank. The first one is all winterized for the season and like we find all the time yards of fishing line wrapped up behind the prop on a 115 Yamaha. Removed a powerhead to get ready to replace its core plugs that are leaking.

Less then 5 seconds for the lift pump to draw up a dry hose about 15ft long. Yesterday I let it cycle for 3 mins running the vent seloind in-between and less then 3 Oz came out. Issue was at the fuel tank.

This 150 has sat for a few years. Mud wasp nest all over the place and even ate the oil recirculation lines away. All new lines, filters, injector service, starter motor and water pump.

This 25hp received a injector service which required the replacement of one injector and a new VST assy. New starter rope installed. Test propeller installed and test ran at different rpm ranges. Let her run for about a hour to make sure all was good.
