WE WOULD LIKE TO ADDRESS A STATEMENT THAT A CUSTOMER MADE ON FACEBOOK TODAY. We have been doing business for over thirty years and if you know us, you will know that we are honest and reliable.And try to sell good cars to good people. We have built a good reputation over this time. We all know that sometimes things do not go as according to plan and life happens. Does customer purchased a vehicle through our finance company, in march of twenty twenty six. This purchase included a very good extended warranty through the finance company. We changed the oil for this customer in the middle of may and near the end of june.They contacted us to say they had a oil leak. After some further investigation, we found out that their repair was covered by the warranty and they would be able to have it repaired for a $100 deductible. We have talked to this customer and told them that we would go ahead and fix this vehicle for nothing. They do not want to have the vehicle repaired. They want to return the vehicle which is through the finance company and not us. They have had the vehicle for 4 months. We know you can't make everybody happy but we try harder than anybody else.
