Congratulations Joe Belkey

Congratulations go out to Joe Belkey on an outstanding performance at All-Tech Raceway this year. Joe and his family made All-Tech their home this year for the Buildings and More Factory Stocks division. The 119 Team had a solid performance in 2025, capturing the Factory Stock Points Championship with an impressive 6 wins and 9 top 5s in 12 races. Congratulations, Team #119.
