We get this complaint every now and then:
Something smells in the cab.
Do a little digging… banana peel rotting under the seat.

Another one:
Truck’s making a weird noise.
Dig deeper… loose hardware rolling around in the cab.

Not every fleet issue is a major repair, sometimes it’s the simplest things causing the biggest headaches.

This Freightliner came in with a stalling issue, but the engine isn’t the problem.

The PTO-driven air compressor is overheating, and once it gets too hot, it sends a shutdown signal that turns the engine off as a safety feature.

Fix the compressor overheating, fix the stalling. Simple, but easy to miss if you’re not looking in the right place.

If You Run ProMasters… You Need to See This 👇

If you’ve got Dodge Ram ProMasters in your fleet, you’re going to want to watch this, because this angle is something you’ll never see without tearing half the front end apart.

The engine mount bushing on these vans is a common failure point. They dry out, crack, and start causing vibration, noise, and extra stress on the drivetrain long before they completely give out.

Catching it early keeps your drivers safe and your vans out of the shop.

2019 Dodge Ram ProMaster, this one didn’t just overheat… it cooked itself.

The engine got so hot it melted the underside of the intake manifold, melted the injectors, and destroyed the engine harness. At this point, the only smart move is a brand new engine straight from the dealer.

Every damaged component is getting replaced so this truck can get back on the road and stay there.

If you’ve got Dodge Sprinters in your fleet, you’re going to want to see this, because most owners never get this view without tearing half the front end apart.

The engine mount bushing is a known weak spot. Over time it dries out, cracks, and starts causing vibrations, noise, and extra stress on other components.

Catching it early means less downtime and a much cheaper repair than waiting until it fails completely.

Customer asked if we could repair their radiator, short answer: no.

Old radiators with side tanks could be rebuilt, but modern radiators are sealed units. Once they leak or fail, the correct fix is replacement, not repair.

It keeps cooling performance strong and your truck reliable on the road. 🚛💨

The Build Begins 🔧🚛
We’re kicking off a full fabrication project today. The knuckle boom is coming off, the PTO is getting capped, and we’re removing sections of the original bed to make room for a completely new setup.

This truck is getting a custom 16-foot body, 4-foot walls, a barn style rear door, and a security gate across the top, built specifically so the customer can haul materials safely and efficiently.

Big changes coming. Stay tuned for Part 2. 👊

This Freightliner M2 flatbed came in with a PTO hydraulic leak, but before chasing one issue, we’re doing a full front to back DOT inspection.

No point fixing a leak if the truck’s got bigger problems hiding behind it.
We identify everything that needs attention first, so repairs are smart, not wasted. 👊
