Emergency Transportation Associates Founded in September of 2019, ETA is a family owned and operated business located at 307 Yuma Ln, Deep Gap, North Carolina.

Emergency Transportation Associates (ETA) provides ambulance remounts, new ambulances, and fleet solutions for EMS departments, hospitals, and private services across the Southeast. Our mission is to be the premier sales and service provider to emergency medical services, rescue squads, fire departments, emergency management and police departments. ETA’s leadership has 40+ years of experience serving emergency services throughout the Southeastern United States of America. Dedicated to customer service in every stage of the procurement process, we work with clients closely to create customized solutions based on individual department needs.

Customer Spotlight 🚨 Saluda County EMS

Serving more than 450 square miles of South Carolina, Saluda County EMS provides around-the-clock emergency medical care to nearly 20,000 residents.

Led by EMS Director Jacob Starnes, this county-operated department serves a largely rural community where dependable emergency response is essential.

Their dedication goes well beyond answering 911 calls. In 2024, Saluda County EMS was recognized as South Carolina's Small EMS System of the Year, honoring their leadership, community outreach, and commitment to patient care.

From teaching CPR to hundreds of community members to stepping up during Hurricane Helene, this team continues to demonstrate what it means to serve their neighbors.
