Big Jack’s Auto Service and Towing is looking for an Experienced Automotive Mechanic.
Job Responsibilities:
•Repair various automotive vehicles
•Perform routine vehicle maintenance
•Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
•Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
•Maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as established by the Company's insurance provider
•Must effectively operate both automatic and manual transmissions
•Must read and comprehend both written and oral instructions and information
•Must be detail-oriented and possess critical thinking skills
•Able to explain mechanical problems and needed repairs
Qualifications/Requirements:
•Valid Driver’s license/Reliable transportation
•Must have your own tools and tool box
•Knowledge of shop equipment
•Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
•Deadline and detail-oriented
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
•Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (Overtime Available)
Pay is Commensurate with experience.
Experience:
•Automotive repair: 4 years (Preferred)
•Driver's License (Required)
•Reliable transportation (Required)
