Make bleeding your race car’s clutch easier with the Hammond Motorsports Remote Clutch Bleeder Kit.

Bert, Brinn, and Falcon transmissions have a bleeder at the transmission, but hanging clutch pedals can make it difficult to bleed trapped air from the system. This kit relocates the bleeding point to the driver’s compartment, where you can mount it higher than the clutch master cylinder to help air escape more easily.

With the bleeder within reach, one person can bleed the clutch while sitting in the driver’s seat—operating the pedal and opening and closing the bleeder cap without a helper.

Kit Includes
24-inch line

Transmission fitting

Bulkhead fitting with nut and washers

Bleeder cap

Installation
Mount the bulkhead fitting in the driver’s compartment above the clutch master cylinder and within easy reach. Installation requires a 7/16-inch mounting hole.

Clutch Bleeding Tips
Fill the clutch master cylinder with the fluid recommended for your system. Check the fluid level throughout the bleeding process and refill as needed. Do not let the reservoir run dry.

To get fluid flowing initially:

Remove the remote bleeder cap and cover the fitting opening with your finger.

Slowly press the clutch pedal down and hold it down.

Lift your finger to release trapped air.

Cover the opening again before releasing the pedal.

Repeat until fluid reaches the remote bleeder, then reinstall the cap.

To finish bleeding:

Press the clutch pedal down and hold it down.

Use a 9/16-inch wrench to loosen the bleeder cap enough to release air and fluid.

Tighten the cap before releasing the clutch pedal.

Repeat as needed until no air bubbles appear and clutch operation is consistent.

Use a rag or suitable container to catch escaping fluid.

Sold as one complete kit.
