I just want to take the time to thank all these guys here at Jon Hall Chevrolet! I cant explain how happy I am with the gentleman that work here and how caring and kind they were when I purchased my 2021 Chevy Spark and I would not have been able to do it without my salesman C**t and Shane!!! They literally went above and beyond from picking me up at my house all the way down in Merritt Island, to running me around to so I could straighten a few things out for my license and that was ALL the way in Orlando! These guys definitely made this complicated and challenging year end very special for me and my family and a great start to our New Year! Thank you guys again so so much! 💌💝
I SEE MY ORIGINAL POST WAS REMOVED SO HERE IT IS AGAIN!!! This is water on the passenger side floor board (its the same on the driver side also) I have taken my vehicle to this dealer but they couldn't fix it! They said they poured water on the vehicle but could not find a leak. But some how there is water underneath the floor matts. My vehicle smells like mold and mildew now. The service manager told me sometimes they can't always find the leak....ok, so I just live in a moldy vehicle? really?!!?!? I just bought this vehicle 6 or 7months ago and I have already taken to the dealer 4 times for other issues including this one. I bought this vehicle as a certified used vehicle from Jon Hall Chevy in Daytona (which is about and hour and a half from my house) and within the first month the navigation system keep freezing up, the windshield was leaking and the blinkers were messed up. I took it to Coggin Chevy to fix first and they charged me to clean the windshield drain and told me they couldn't find anything wrong with the navigation system and the blinker issue was because there were LED bulbs in the vehicle (they wanted over $500 to fix the light bulbs) which I did not do. So I took it back to Jon Hall Chevy and they told me apparently they did not do a very good inspection of the vehicle before I bought it and replaced the bulbs at no charge and fixed the navigation issue. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! I have owned Fords all my life and have never had issues like this before!!

Why can't my brother in-law get his frigging radio fix right or get another truck with a radio that works right..not good customer service.
Service cut corners in the name of "Flat Time". Cut the under panel for access to do a l**e oil & filter. Instead of removing per GM process. Called about it, no one returned my call. Called GM about it & dealer lied said they don't do that, as it's against protocol. If a dealer lies about cutting-a $50 panel. They gotta lie about a lot bigger things. If a company can't be honest on little things. I wouldn't trust them during a purchase process to save my life.
Anyone in Florida. Stay away from John Hall Chevrolet. They love to cut corners & panels to save time on flat time jobs. Called Chevy Customer Service to help after the realer never returned my call & dealer still denies cutting the panel instead of removing for an LOF. Look elsewhere there are much more honest Chevrolet dealers out there.
This dealship is terrible my friend bought a car from them no better a hard working nurse trying to get to work to save lives drove brand new car home woke up going to work to save lives car door Did not run 2 day later told her after trying to get in touch with dealer no response on taking car back and switching her out to hopefully not get a another lemon fianaly got a loner telling her it was gas that they put in then electrical problem mine you brand new and manager after repeatedly trying to get in touch no answer or call back should this person or anybody be treated like this or get stuck with a lemon after one day?????
We have had our Colorado truck back to Jon Hall for repairs on the radio 4 times. The first couple of times the truck was still under warranty, but the last two times they said the warranty had expired, so we have spent around $300 trying to get it fixed. Today they said they could fix it by installing a new radio for $600. Why couldn't they do that when the warranty was still good. Either their mechanics aren't worth crap, or they just want to hold out for the big bucks. Either way--there's a skunk in the wood pile somewhere!!!
