I was blessed last Saturday, the 8th, to buy a brand new 2020 Kia Sorento. William was awesome and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. I love my Sorento. Thank you Daytona Kia and William.

Worse place I've ever done business at..they took our car after we did all paperwork...we gave it back no problem...its been a month since I gave the car back and there still running our credit..running my credit into the ground..I saved all mail stating they ran it..see u in court u fu***ng scumbags

I purchased a 2020 Kia last night. It was the fastest, smoothest, and least stressful car buying experience weve ever had. I didnt have to sit for hours going back and forth, and our salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. I just wanted to say thank you!!!

I am beyond dissatisfied with this dealership. The experience started off bad when I had two very unprofessional salesmen fight over my business. Once I chose a used vehicle, I signed everything for a three year extended warranty and GAP, just for David to call me back to sign papers two more times! He said everything was the same each time, besides the finance company, so I was under the impression I still had my three year warranty and GAP, like anyone would. Come to find out when I go to get my window fixed (it will no longer go up) the man in service tells me I have no warranty, that it was canceled when resigning! I was NEVER aware of this and tried to contact David about this matter and he has yet to get back to me when he has promised numerous times he would be in contact with me. I now am looking at a 400 dollar repair bill that I cannot afford because the dealership decided to take off my warranty without my knowledge. I am hoping to get some answers on this matter, but no one will contact me when I have tried time and time again. I am fed up and would definitely rate this dealership ZERO stars. Everything about the individuals who work here and how they go about business is unprofessional and unreliable.
