Dear Valued Customers and to Whom It May Concern,
Sadly we have a disgruntled customer. Who is slandering our name unjustly. This is not intended to bash but too let everybody know what’s really going on, to set the record straight , since there is always two sides to every story.
I would like to make it clear that we do not make the trailers we are brokers, designers and liaisons. 
This particular young lady is bashing Fox Custom Trailers when she has a three-year warranty and refuses to contact the manufacturer. She’s refusing to bring it to the manufacturer or even to call them or us to resolve any issues. Our hands are tied even to work on her behalf as she doesn’t report to us what her issues may be but just puts it out all over the internet after the fact when she does her own repairs. 
She simply just can’t wrap her head around that we do not make the trailers or service them. We are the Retailer.
She’s has complained about how long it’s taken for her trailer to be made as well. Sadly since Covid there is a worldwide aluminum crisis. She can’t seem to wrap her mind around this and that this extended lead-times for everyone in the industry. She’s blaming Fox Custom Trailers for an act of God. 🙄
Sadly any trade that uses aluminum has been in a headlock. This is affected manufactures of aluminum cans, manufactures of trailers, manufacturers of aluminum fence and any other industries that rely on aluminum throughout the world. 
Fox Custom Trailers went above and beyond the call of duty to actually help this young lady that could not afford the trailer that she initially wanted so instead she got a very, very stripped down version to fit her budget. Since she was having some personal financial issues with her lender we stepped up to the plate and got her a trailer that had far more upgrades than the scaled down version that Fox Custom Trailers paid for out of their own pockets so she wouldn’t destroy her credit. Her scaled down version had an acrylic tub the kind you see at Home Depot, very small cabinet, much smaller water tanks and a very inexpensive water heater. All these things were upgraded. She didn’t get the top-of-the-line deluxe but she got far more than she asked for and very ungrateful. Now I am certainly not justifying that somebody in the assembly line did not put tops on her cabinets and that is certainly bizarre but yet still under warranty. I also would say that I’m displeased with that they did not box in an electrical panel but they will fix that as well. Our hands are tied and she has the power to be able to have all these things rectified. We have tried to assist as we have been all along with other things like some loan that she got herself into with astronomical payments that we stepped up to the plate to assist her on that when this goes beyond our call of duty, but with her covered warranty issues that she refuses to bring to anybody’s attention and refuses to bring in because she is too busy, it’s just futile, though she’s more than welcome to reach out and we would gladly still assist her as we do with any other customer. 
Yes there is a cabinet locker with the fresh water tank but this cabinet and fresh water tank she would have never had with her striped down version. Yes I made a comment that she could always get a water level monitor or a hinge on the panel or put a little window in it. These all would have been additional upgrades that she could not afford and don’t come free and were suggestions that she could do on her own rather than pay more out of pocket which she did not want to do. Other complains were similar to this with wanting somethings she never ordered and did not pay for and couldn’t. This truly is a case of no good deed goes unpunished and looking a gift horse in the mouth.
Fox Custom Trailers has always aimed to please their customers but you just can’t make everybody happy, apparently, but we do our best and go above the call of duty. 

 As far as aluminum and other supplies go and lead-times we would like you all to be open minded knowing that any industry depending on aluminum and other supplies as well, may run into these obstacles. Please be patient with whomever you purchase from and let’s all work together as these things are simply just out of everybody’s control.
