May 17th could be set to become 'Bruce Lee Day' in California soon as a new bill has been introduced to use the day to celebrate the legendary Hong Kong-American martial artist and actor.

As per the bill, the day would also be used to educate students in Californian public schools about his "accomplishments and the contributions he made to the state."
