Atlanta Motorsports Park

Atlanta Motorsports Park https://linktr.ee/atlantamotorsportspark Atlanta Motorsports Park (AMP) is a road course designed by famed Formula 1 architect Hermann Tilke.
(4681)

Instead of the typical country club with a golf course at its center, AMP features a 2-mile road course with elevation changes, technical course layout, high speed straights, and two ‘signature’ corners designed to pay homage to famed European race courses. Moreover, AMP is the only CIK Level A/1 level kart track in America (Formula 1 standard) with the most aggressive elevation changes of ANY kar

t track in the world. Both tracks have a Formula 1 lighting and CCTV system and are built to the highest standards.

The itinerary of an Atlanta Motorsports Park member:

Most track days get measured in sessions. You drive two hours, get four twenty-minute windows, eat whatever you packed in the paddock, then load up and drive two hours home in the dark.

A membership here is a different shape of day, because the two-mile road course and everything around it sit on the same property, 45 minutes north of Atlanta. Here is what it actually looks like.

9:00 AM · ARRIVE
Pull through the gate, sign in, and get your car ready for your track day.

9:30 AM · FIRST SESSION
Roll out of the paddock and take your first laps of the day on the road course.

10:30 AM · SKYDECK
Take a break on the Skydeck and watch the rest of the members rip around the track.

11:00 AM · BACK ON TRACK
Head back out for your second session of the morning.

12:00 PM · LUNCH
Lunch on site at Fuel Kitchen with the drivers you just shared the track with.

1:00 PM · BACK OUT
Return to the road course for the afternoon.

2:00 PM · COACHING
Ride with an instructor and find the time you left on the table this morning.

3:00 PM · POOL
Cool off at the pool once the driving is done for the day.

5:00 PM · MEMBERS LOUNGE
Finish the day in the lounge with the people you shared the track with.

Nothing on that list requires leaving the property. That is the whole point. The circuit, the Skydeck, Fuel Kitchen, the pool, and the lounge are all yours for the day, and your family can spend it here too instead of waiting on you at home.

Road Course Membership is open for cars and motorcycles. Our members range from drivers who had never turned a lap before joining to people who race regularly, and they all share the same track, the same lunch table, and the same lounge at the end of the day.

One of the fan favorites over at Fuel Kitchen!

If you’re spending the day at AMP, be sure to stop in and try the Kalbi Salmon Rice Bowl. And remember, Fuel Kitchen is open to the public!

A Fuel Kitchen fan favorite for a reason!

Our Kalbi Salmon Rice Bowl brings together Kalbi salmon, brown rice, avocado, jalapeños, edamame, cucumbers, carrots, sesame seeds, Yum Yum sauce, and a fresh lime wedge for a bowl packed with flavor from start to finish.

Fresh, flavorful, and one of those menu items that keeps people coming back. If you haven’t tried the Salmon Bowl yet, add it to your order next time you’re at Fuel Kitchen!

A local pilot recently captured this great aerial photo of Atlanta Motorsports Park, and it is hard not to appreciate just how unique our home is from this view.

Set in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, AMP offers a backdrop that is every bit as memorable as the experience on track. Seeing the property from above puts it all into perspective, from the road course and kart circuit to the rolling landscape that surrounds it.

There are plenty of places to drive, but not many that combine elevation, design, and scenery quite like this. Views like this are a reminder of what makes Atlanta Motorsports Park such a one-of-a-kind destination in North Georgia.

“Why drive a fast car if you can’t drive it fast?”

That was one of the selling points behind Atlanta Motorsports Park before we ever broke ground.

This throwback takes us back nearly 17 years to an early sales-style video created while AMP was still just a vision and a business plan. Ride along with CEO Jeremy Porter as he talks through the idea behind the park, why Dawsonville was chosen as the location, what the team was learning about the motorsports country club model, and how they were working to figure out what would make the concept successful.

You’ll also hear from a few of AMP’s founding members who believed in the vision early and helped support the idea before there was even a track to drive on.

Looking back now, it’s incredible to see how much of that original vision became reality. A lot has evolved over the years, but the goal from the beginning was simple: build a place where people who love cars could come together and actually enjoy them the way they were meant to be driven.

Take a look back at AMP before it all began.

What exactly does a karting membership at AMP get you?

Seat time. Karting membership is built around how much time you want on track. Instead of waiting for the next race weekend, members have more opportunities to get behind the wheel, turn laps, work on consistency, and continue developing as drivers on AMP’s Formula One-designed kart circuit.

Community. For a lot of our members, this becomes one of the biggest parts of the experience. Karting members are part of the larger AMP community, with opportunities to connect with other drivers and Main Track members through social events, member gatherings, charity initiatives, and plenty of time spent together around the property. You do not have to show up as an experienced racer either. Many of our members started with little or no track experience.

Racing. Membership also makes it easier to compete more often. Karting members receive discounted entry fees for AMP race events, including our Championship Series held throughout the year. Race days give drivers the chance to practice, qualify, compete, and be part of a full race-day experience alongside the same community they see at the track throughout the season.

Amenities. The benefits continue once you step out of the kart. Members have access to amenities across the AMP property, including the pool, workout facilities, dining at Fuel Kitchen, and AMP Kartwerks, our on-site kart pro shop. Kart storage and concierge options are also available, making it easier to spend less time preparing and more time enjoying the track.

Karting membership is more than access to a circuit. It is more seat time, more opportunities to race, a community to be part of, and a place you can spend the entire day.

Another look at the progress happening on our Circuit Villas! 🏁

With each week, these trackside residences are looking more and more like the finished product. Construction continues to move forward, and it’s exciting to see the vision coming together right alongside the circuit.

The Circuit Villas are being built for people who want to make AMP more than just a place they visit. Whether it’s a place to stay during race weekends, spend time with family and friends, or take advantage of rental opportunities when you’re away, they offer a completely different way to experience life at the track.

Availability continues to become more limited as construction progresses.

Round 6 of the AMP Kart Racing Summer Championship Series is in the books!

We had record attendance for this round, and it was incredible to see so many drivers, teams, families, and fans out at the track. From the first green flag, the competition was strong, the racing was close, and the camaraderie throughout the paddock made for another great day at AMP.

A little rain toward the end added another challenge, but it certainly didn’t take away from an awesome day of racing. Thank you to everyone who came out, competed, supported the drivers, and helped make Round 6 our biggest yet for 2026!

The championship battle continues, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back for Round 7 in September. We’re getting closer to the end of the season, which means every position, every point, and every lap matters. See you at the track!

We encourage speeding.

On the track.

Anyone who enjoys driving has had the thought on a public road: "this car is capable of a great deal more than this."
The problem was never really the speed. It was the oncoming traffic, the risk of a speeding ticket, and everyone else out there who never chose to be part of it.

A closed circuit removes all three. Atlanta Motorsports Park gives you a road course designed by Formula One architect Hermann Tilke, professional instruction, and full safety cover, which means your license, the police, and everyone else stays entirely out of it.

That is what membership at Atlanta's motorsports country club is for, forty five minutes north of the city, year-round.
