‼️ Accounting Assistant and Specialist

Mike Hellack Chevrolet, Oklahoma’s preferred Chevrolet dealer in Davis, OK with a wide selection of new and used vehicles, is looking for a book and accounting assistant and specialist.

Status: Full Time
Hours: 8am to 5pm
Days of the Week: Monday through Friday

Job Summary:

This position will serve as a bookkeeping resource and assistant to help dealership customers and other team members. The tasks will vary from time to time depending on dealerships accounting needs. A specialist will process and help assist in verifying as well as allocating transactions with customers utilizing proper accounting and bookkeeping policies as well as protocols. The individual will be expected to understand and maintain professionalism while helping other team members.

Responsibilities Include
• Financial assisting
• Payment organization and tracking
• Record and book keeping tasks
• Checking out customers and assisting customers
• Helping maintain proper customer service
• Operating computers and typewriters programmed with accounting software
• Work closely with other team members to assist incoming and outgoing customers
• Operate a 10-key calculator, copy, scanner and fax machine
• Assist in answering the telephone as needed
• Transfer details from separate journals if necessary and required
