Today we’ve got this beautiful 2023 BMW M340i in the shop for a performance upgrade.

The car is getting a CSF performance heat exchanger - an important upgrade when you’re planning to make more power, especially here in South Florida.

As power increases, so does heat. The upgraded heat exchanger helps keep intake and turbo-related temperatures lower, which supports more consistent performance and helps the car handle the extra power more effectively.

This 2013 Porsche 911 came in with multiple electrical problems - and the real issue was hiding under the driver’s seat.

The customer brought in this 991 because the rear spoiler wasn’t working, the battery kept draining, and sometimes the car wouldn’t start.

After a complete diagnostic, we found water underneath the driver’s seat. That water reached the BCM - Body Control Module - and caused an internal short.

This is a known issue on these cars, and once the BCM is damaged, it can create several electrical problems at the same time.

We ordered a brand-new BCM directly from Porsche, and the next step is programming it to the vehicle and getting this 911 back on the road.

If your Porsche is experiencing electrical issues, battery drain, warning messages, or intermittent starting problems, don’t start replacing random parts.

This BMW X5 M Competition came to Davie Motorsport with an evaporator failure. To reach it, our technicians carefully removed the complete dashboard, center console and HVAC housing.
