This is a good analogy, one of the best ones I've seen. There are more points of failure than this. There are not only four, there are 50. Your entire RV flexes, it opens up, it leaks, it rots, and then you're living in a rotted box that you can't sell. You have to pay for someone to bring it to the dump and then you have to pay the dump to take it. Seven years of this. It's quite frustrating to see no education on this topic.

We get this a lot. "Do you remove the old sealant?" To someone that doesn't know it seems like yes you should do that. No, no, you should not. The sealant dries but it stays very sticky to your roof, which is a very thin EPDM or TPO membrane, 0.035 mils thick. If you start pulling and scraping at that, you're gonna be there for about 14 hours and you're going to just destroy your membrane. We clean it, we prep it, we prime it, and then we coat it with industry standard products. We use self-leveling or we have another service where we use premium grade silicone message us!

I've fixed so many RVs in the last seven years because of this reason. Turn your water before you leave. If you spring a leak, it will just pour into your RV the entire time you're gone.

It's true. Before your payment is already paid, most RVs are so full of rot. Protect your investment. You paid a lot of money for it.

RVs Leak. It’s Not “If”, It’s When.

If your RV roof hasn’t been sealed in 3+ years, there’s already moisture creeping in, around vents, skylights, and trim.

RVs are made to be light, not long-lasting with no maintenance.
That means water intrusion, mold, and air you don't want to breathe.

We’ve made this service affordable so families can camp without worrying about hidden leaks or health issues.

✔️ Every entry point sealed.
✔️ No tear-downs. No delays.
✔️ Clean air. Dry interior. Long-term protection.

☔ Rainy season is coming.

Soft Spot on Your RV Roof? It’s Not Just Water — It’s a Health Hazard.

Most RV owners think a soft spot just means water damage.
But here’s the truth: what you’re really dealing with is mold.
Trapped between thin roof layers. Spreading sideways. Feeding on your insulation, hidden from view.

And you’re breathing it in.

RVs are sealed boxes, tight spaces with recycled air. That’s great for travel… and terrible for hidden mold.

We’ve seen it firsthand:
• Families traveling with young kids, unknowingly sleeping above mold colonies
• Seniors coughing, wheezing, thinking it’s allergies, when it’s their roof
• People with asthma or lung issues breathing in spores every single night

And it all started with a single soft spot that looked “harmless.”

If your RV hasn’t been sealed recently, it needs to be!
Sealant breaks down with UV and vibration. And once the water gets in, the damage is already underway.

We are a preventative maintenance company.
We don’t wait until things rot, we stop the rot from happening.

✔ We seal RV roofs and exteriors to keep water out
✔ We fix soft spots early, before they become full replacements
✔ We help RV owners protect their health, their rig, and their investment

Message us now for more information.
Let’s get ahead of the damage, before it spreads to your lungs.

We Can Only Take on So Many Projects in the Spring—Now’s the Best Time!

Once the season starts, our schedule fills up fast. Winter is the best time to take care of roof repairs, sealing, slideout toppers, awnings, and major exterior projects while we have more flexibility.

Slideout toppers are a must for every RV—without them, your RV is vulnerable to water damage, debris buildup, and costly repairs. Awnings, too, take a beating over time—replacing them now ensures you're ready for the season ahead.

Keep the water out. Due to health concerns. We no longer fix any interior rot besides slideout floors and your roof. Nothing interior. BUT we can do the maintenance to prevent it.

We have found 85% of all RVs have some level of mold. We wear respirators when entering most RVs no matter the age of the RV. Do everything you can now to keep the water out.

Awning material and slideout toppers are more expensive in the summer—getting them done now saves money and avoids long wait times.

Thank you for an incredible summer, spring and fall —we’ve had an amazing time, and it’s all because of this community. We’re so grateful for the stories shared, the people we’ve met, and the trust you’ve placed in us. It’s been a privilege to help, and we look forward to many more seasons of doing what we love.

We only have room for so many projects before spring. Message us today to get on the schedule! We offer financing and accept all major credit cards.
