****Method of preparation and Coating****

Clean/prep parts and start oven - utilizing ind

ustrial stripping chemicals, degreasing, aluminum oxide blasting, rust inhibitor blasting, then outgassing, followed by iron phosphate bath and prepped with taping/plugging holes/threads

Extra charges apply for:
Dissamble, coat (double and/or base/top coats as requested or required), temperature controlled cure process and assemble. Thousands of color options:
Matte, Gloss, Textured, Granite, Translucent, Candy, Neon, Textures, Wrinkles, Veins & Hammertones, Fluorescents, Sports team colors, High temp (1000° capable), Rubberized (non-slip), etc. Aluminum, bronze , copper, brass, titanium, and steel (including stainless, galvanized, anodized and e-coat) can all be powder coated. Powder coating can give materials a colorful yet durable finish that is weather resistant, water resistant, and even abrasion resistant. The most common material being metal, but you can also powder coat some plastics, glass, some wood, and MDF. Durability – When cured, powder coating forms a protective finish that is much harder than conventional paint. Keep in mind powder coating is more flexible that paint too.

It's been a while since I have posted. Busy busy as most of everyone...

Custom made garden planter utilizing old chain and mushroom infused hollow tree sections... One is powder coated and the other is for natural patina.... I am overly happy how they turned out... It was a fun and an exhilarating project!!! ...SO COOL!!
