One part, 5 digit repair bill 🥴
Many Powerstroke owners are aware of this…but hey, L5P Duramax owners 👀 did you know you’re in a similar boat?
The CP4 fuel pump in a 2011-2026 Powerstroke is well known for failure and the $12k plus bill that comes with it. What many don’t realize is that the Duramax L5P uses a Denso HP4 pump, that while a different design than the Ford CP4, it can also experience internal failures that contaminate the fuel system and lead to even more expensive repairs.
The good news? We have options for you!
🔧 For 2011-current 6.7L Power Stroke owners:
• DCR pump conversion - permanent solution!
• Disaster Prevention Kit (DPK) for those looking for a more budget-friendly level of protection - save the rest of the fuel system if the CP4 does go out!
Both of these options are SAME DAY jobs. That means if you drop it off to us (before a failure), we will have the truck back to you that same day! Many within hours!
🔧 For 2017-current L5P Duramax owners:
• We have a brand new DCR conversion option to eliminate the factory HP4 pump before it becomes a problem
We aren’t here to sell you parts you don’t need. We want you to know you have permanent solutions to these issues before they become a major roadside problem.
If you’ve got any questions about these pumps, your options, and pricing, reach out to us and we will get you taken care of!
