🏁🔥 BIGFOOT MOTORSPORTS RACE RECAP | DUCK RIVER RACEWAY PARK | 10/9/26 🔥🏁

Landon Duncan and the Bigfoot Motorsports #5 headed to Duck River Raceway Park Friday night, and we've got plenty to be excited about!

Landon qualified 4th out of 9 cars, but unfortunately, things got a little frustrating during qualifying. Despite never being shown the checkered flag, Landon completed a third lap and was penalized, forcing us to use that third-lap time. That dropped him back to 7th starting position for the race.

But if there's one thing we've learned, it's never count this kid out! 💪

When the green flag dropped, Landon wasted no time getting to work. He charged from 7th to 5th on the opening lap and moved into 4th by the very next lap! From there, he kept digging and stayed in the hunt.

With just 2 laps remaining, a late-race caution bunched the field back up. Landon restarted in 4th and immediately made his move, grabbing 3rd place! Coming to the white flag, he was right there battling for position. Unfortunately, he left just enough room on the inside for another car to sneak by, and Landon crossed the finish line in a hard-fought 4TH PLACE FINISH! 🏁

But here's one of the biggest highlights of the night!

This was Landon's first time running Gravity Labs' new shock program, and he had some pretty impressive feedback. His exact words? His car has NEVER FELT THAT GOOD BEFORE! 👀🔥

That's the kind of feedback a race team loves to hear! When the driver has confidence in the car and can feel the difference underneath him, that's a big step in the right direction. We're excited to keep working with this new setup and see what we can accomplish!

Hunter here-

During our last race at Extreme I experienced a steering failure going down the back straightaway, leading to me spinning in front of a large part of the field in 3 & 4 & a couple of very hard licks.

The 3 car is done and currently being stripped down for scrap.

I am forever grateful for all of the support from friends, family and sponsors that have allowed me to race and be fairly competitive these last few years

I have really enjoyed my rather short stint in open wheel and felt that I was finally getting the hang of it, however now that the car is done, I will be taking a very extended step away from racing.

I won’t say that I am done forever, but i have other priorities going right now that require my full attention.

Thank you for all of the support.

We still have a lot of big things going on in and around the shop, so this story is far from over as the team continues to learn, grow & innovate.

Be on the look out for some big news over the next few months from the rest of the crew.
