Members of our Employee Advisory Board volunteered this morning alongside the Danville Rotary Club to line Vermilion Street with flags in honor of the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom this Memorial Day.

WECAN Peer of the Month ⭐ Wyatt Swaim

Wyatt successfully ran two lathe lines for an entire week, producing over 1,000 parts per line each day. His efforts increased stock levels for both part types and prevented unnecessary changeovers in Assembly. Without his dedication, other areas of the process would have run out of the materials needed to meet our deadlines. His teamwork and commitment are greatly appreciated!
