Eric:

I can't thank you enough for such wonderful customer service from start to finish. First of all, you run a tight ship, the employees I met were very polite and personable. The waiting area was immaculate. You have a great personality, very polite, answered all my questions and was able to see that I was quite upset with the service and the price that was given to me at the Beverly site. I have been a faithful customer of Ford for many years and have used Kelly's for all my services. This morning when I come by you had anticipated my visit, you had already set up arrangements to have the cover put on and the part was ready to go. Don't ever change, please share this e-mail with your boss.

Thank you again.

Would highly recommend Kelly Collision Center.
