This cherry condition 25’ Sea Vee is owned by Mr. Carey Barrett who repowered her taking out a 454
c.i.d. gasoline engine and installed a New Nanni T4.270 Toyota based diesel. The repower included
making a change of the marine transmission to a ZF 68-A, with 1.56:1 reductio ratio, a new larger
1.5” diameter AQ 22 shaft, and 17 X 17 X 4 cupped propeller to be used on initial sea trials. Sun
Power Diesel provided technical services as well as the sale of the propulsion system.
