Looking for a tech that can perform actual body repairs. Pushing, pulling, welding, sanding, fabricating, prepping, etc.
We would also prefer to have someone that can paint as well for now until we can hire on some more help.
Most of the work we do is referral and some insurance jobs. A lot of front and side hits for dealers that are doing rebuilds. Plenty of bumper jobs and panel jobs that need to be moved quick as well.
Willing to be flexible on hours if you want this to be a second job. But for those that want this to be full time we operate 7 days a week and can spread your hours out if need be.
As far as pay goes we have a couple of options. We can do flat pay with a set amount of hours with a certain amount of production expected. Or we can do a commission on a per job basis so you get to split the profits on the job with us. We can talk about this more in person. We are not greedy and want to make sure you are making a comfortable living.
As far as certifications those that have one already will be given preference, however, we will take on trainees if the experience is sufficient.
