🏁 **TGIF, everyone!** 🏁

I know many of you have seen the weather forecasts, checked the apps, watched the news, and are keeping an eye on the radar just like we are. While the forecast isn't ideal, since tomorrow is a Regular Race, we will make the final call tomorrow at 12:00 PM.

☀️ The good news is that Sunday is looking great! As of now, I still plan on moving forward with Sunday's activities even if tomorrow ends up being a rainout.

We are going to do everything we can to get tomorrow's races in and give everyone a chance to hit the track.

🏆 Also, don't forget that **next weekend is the 2nd Points Race of the season!** If you need a **Sub Driver Form**, contact Sarah at **865-309-0161**, and she'll be happy to send one your way.

This coming weekend we will be having a Regular Race Night! 🏎️💨
To put a little extra spin on things, the Adult Class and Junior Class with the highest kart counts will each receive an extra 💵 $100 BONUS 💵 added to their 100% payback!

If there happens to be a tie in either division, we’ll draw from the hat to determine which class gets the bonus. 🎩

👧Kids Race Day 101 Sunday May 31st from 3 PM EST 6 PM EST. This event will be hosted by Sarah & Speedy, other crew members and volunteers will be at the track as well. We will cover a variety of things including starts, flags, restarts, where the race surface is etc.

Load up those karts and bring your friends let's pack the pits and put on a great show! 🔥

🏎️ Normally I would wait until Saturday morning to make a call due to rain. However, no one wants to be prepping just to get rained out. With that being said, this week we will make a call Friday night around 7 PM. 🌧️

We need this rain, however, I wish it would rain outside of race days. 😅

We will no longer be using Speedway, we will be now using the BP at Exit 412! They are now officially open.

🏁 The majority has spoken, and a Kids Race Day 101 is officially happening! 🏁

📅 Mark your calendars for May 31st from 3 PM - 6 PM EST.

This will NOT just be an open practice day. This event will focus on important track knowledge and race procedures including:
🏳️ Flags
🏎️ Race starts
🚦 Bunching up correctly without causing issues
🛞 Learning the racing surface/groove
⏱️ Getting lined up properly
…and much more!

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Any kids wanting to practice MUST attend the Track Crew Chat at 3 PM in order to be allowed on the track for practice.

There will be a gate fee for insurance purposes due to karts being on the track. We will post more details on pricing ASAP.

Whether your Jr Driver has been racing for years, just started, or is completely brand new, this event is for ALL skill levels! We want to help our young drivers learn, improve, and feel more confident on race day. 💪🏁
