“Dave gave us both a hug and reminded us again we are family now… and he wasn’t kidding.” ❤️

David and Becky had just purchased their travel trailer from us when an incorrectly wired electrical connection at home caused damage to several components inside their new RV.

They called Dave Jr., explained what happened, and he told them to bring it down and stay overnight on our lot with full hookups. The next morning… a Sunday… Dave came in, replaced the damaged components, tested their systems, and made sure they could still head out on their upcoming vacation with confidence.

This is exactly what we mean when we tell our customers they become part of the Dave’s RV Center family.

It's not just about the day you purchase your RV. It's about knowing someone will still be there when things don't go according to plan.

Happy Labor Day Weekend from all of us at Dave’s RV Center!

Why spend so much time teaching customers about their RV before they leave?

Dave Jr.'s answer is pretty simple: he wants to protect them.

Your RV will eventually have an issue…and it might happen while you're hundreds of miles away from home. The more you understand your own coach and its systems, the better equipped you are to have conversations with service departments, recognize when something doesn't sound right, and make informed decisions while you're traveling.

Izzy from Endless RVing also points out another part of the Dave's RV Center experience: Dave's customers get his personal cell phone number. 📲

And Dave doesn't just wait for the phone to ring. He checks in because he wants to know where you're traveling, see the pictures, and make sure you're actually out there enjoying your coach.
