Cheaper isn’t always the fix. This timing chain was about to cause catastrophic damage. Another small shop basically tuned the check engine light off instead of doing a timing job that the vehicle needed. I could almost pull the chain off by hand. This was a too good to be true type fix. Now it needs a complete timing job and a PCM flash because of the modification made to the tuning.

I personally want to apologize to some of our customers with longer term repairs. We’ve had a few really tough jobs packed into tight quarters while we are under construction for our alignment work. I’m sorry some of these jobs ran longer than expected. Whatever the reasoning I’m sorry. We have a ton of work to do still. We’ll get to you as quick as we can on the big jobs but we finally got the parts to put the barnacle barge on the road today. I appreciate everyone’s support.
