The well pump company will be returning this morning to install the updated operating panel. Water will be shut off for roughly one hour sometime between 9am and 11am for this to be completed. If you have any questions please contact VVP Management.

We are still on track to begin the well pump replaceent work this morning. One tanker truck of water will be arriving today as we are working on repairs. The 2nd tanker truck has arrived and has started providing water. Again if you need portable water it is available at the office during business hours. Due to cotinued extreme weather conditions, beyond our control, the morning Saturday tanker truck has just arrived at VVP. They have continued to deal with frozen trucks no working due to the extreme temperatures. There is another tanker truck scheduled to arrive tonight. We have received confirmation from the Well Company that they will be onsite to begin repairing the well pump on Monday February 2nd. The hope is to have the well pump repaired by Mondy evening and return to regular water operations.

The tanker truck that arrived Wednesday night tried to get water pumping through VVP but due to the extreme weater conditions their pump froze. The tanker truck is back on site this morning working to get their pump up and running to provide water thrughout VVP. Again if you need jugs of water please contact VVP Management . We have purchased almost 300 one gallon containers of portable water and it is stored at the company office. These are available for pickup during business hours 8:30am-4pm.

An Update For Valley View Mobile Home Residents:

The tanker truck has finally arrived at VVP, and they are working on tapping into our well tanks. Unfortunately their arrival was delayed due to the extreme weather, as their trucks were unable to start. Water will start flowing through the evening but PLEASE still be conscious of conserving water. Another tanker truck will arrive tomorrow to continue to providing water. But the more we are able to conserve water the more it will help to ensure everyone is able to have some running water to their home. Also if you need jugs of water please contact VVP Management . An Update For Valley View Mobile Home Residents:

We have received our permit from DEP to be allowed to provide water through tanker trucks until the well pump is repaired. The delay in approval was due to DEP being closed Monday and Tuesday. Thanks to the help of State Representative Brenda Pugh we were able to get a special approval pushed through today.
Tanker trunks will begin arriving at VVP early Wednesday morning to begin supplying water.
In the meantime VVP Management will be passing out water throughout VVP starting around 6pm this evening to those who need it. Please be on the look out for them.

An update For Valley View Mobile Home Residents:

Due to the extreme temperatures and excessive water usage a pump that runs the well is working at 25% capacity. Our well company is preparing to install a new well pump, but it will take a few days to install and get back to running at 100% capacity. At this time please do not drip your water and conserve your water usage. If you have any questions please reach out to VVP Management.
