2024 Jeep compass- Customer stated vehicle is smoking after further inspection found a hole in the transmission cooler from roadway debris causing leak and transmission fluid loss spraying on exhaust, also had small pinhole in condenser as well. Replaced trans cooler and ac condenser

2016 Chevy Express 2500 - Customer stated steering wheel is shaking while braking . After inspecting the brakes found excessive runout in front rotors and pads at 2mm. Installed new brake pads and rotors and verified customer complaint was resolved

2013 Kia Sorento- Customer stated smelling fuel in cabin and outside of vehicle. After further inspection found high pressure fuel line leaking at the high pressure fuel pump. Replaced high pressure fuel line and verified vehicle was no longer leaking fuel.

2019 Nissan Altima: Had a new customer call and ask if I would install an engine she had a mobile mechanic come out to do it and he pulled everything off the front of the car, (a lot of stuff that wasn’t needed) and never returned to complete repairs. I agreed to take the job and was able to take care of the customer and now her vehicle is now back on the road

2013 Kia sorento: Customer stated, hearing a loud noise while accelerating upon further inspection found catalytic converter had split causing exhaust leak and excessive heat to heat shield. Replaced catalytic converter and new exhaust gaskets . Confirmed noise was no longer present.
