What a tremendous turn out at Cahoon's Garage Bike, Boat, Car, Truck,Tractor Show at the 29th annual Dallas Oktoberfest!!
We had 114 bikes, boats, cars, trucks & tractors registered & many more lining up the streets!! The beautiful collection of passion & hard work that was on display was phenomenal!!

This is our 3rd year that we've awarded the special COVAK Trophy that was locally made by Nathan Adams & handed out in honor & memory of our dear friend, & talented builder Mike Novak. When Corey had an idea or a dream, Mike created it, & so the team of COVAK began many years ago.
He had a creed that he instilled in every build & person he worked with.

We miss him everyday, but wanted to respectfully pass this on to other builders who put their blood, sweat & heart into their projects.
The plaque was given to The Old Flames Car Club that Mike formed & how we first came to know Mike. He was our builder, mentor, friend, & was even our Best Man at our Wedding. 🥰
There were quite a few talented "builders" that made the decision a tough one, but thanks to having 3 members of OFCC, Steve, Jerry, & Mike's brother Jesse Novak make the trip, we were able to make a decision.
This year the COVAK Trophy was awarded to: Greg & Dana Gadke for their 1969 Ford Mach I & 1967 Ford Mustang GT 🏆
A huge Shout out of Thanks to all for coming!!! No matter if you had an entry, just strolled through or voted, we appreciate each one of You!! 🤗
